Sony today announced the upcoming launch of two special packages of its PlayStation products for Mexico that celebrate the arrival of the World Cup . In an alliance with Adidas , these products are offered, which also offer special discounts for consumers on Adidas products and the opportunity to participate in a weekly contest to win an all-paid trip to the 2014 Brazil World Cup or prizes such as a PS Vita .
The advertised packages are:
- PS3 FIFA World Cup Edition Console : Includes a PS3, a 20% discount coupon on Adidas products and the Adidas Bazuca ball.
- FIFA World Cup DualShock 3 Control: Includes a DualShock 3 control, a 20% discount coupon on Adidas products and the Bazuca Adidas ball.
The two packages will arrive in the country's stores next April and include a "Golden Ticket" that will allow consumers to participate in the contest for a trip to Brazil to attend the soccer world cup, a promotion that will be effective from 1 3 February to July 9, 2014 .
The first bundle itself consists of a 250GB PS3 console, a DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller, an Adidas Brazuca Top Glider PlayStation ball , and two coupons, one of them to apply discounts in the Adidas online store, and the second to participate in a draw for a trip to the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
